The shameless local governments need doing up often.
Although the property control has been reiterated again and again by the center government, some shameless local governments go on defying the policy. First the leaders of and then the leaders of , and then the leaders of Shanghai intend to shunt aside the property control to where they want to. They never implement the policy earnestly but halfheartedly. The difference between them was as if government wore nothing to save the property market but government drew G-string on his crotch. These despicable officials have sold their souls to the developers who have been making the property bubbles in China. The bubbles are apparently timing bombs that may ruin Chinas economy, but these black-hearted officials intentionally are blind to the danger. They disregard the public interest like a swarm of whores who sell themselves to anyone who brings profits to them. I suggest the center government fire these incompetent officials mercilessly as these guys are only good at selling lands. We dont need land-canvasses but capable officials who know how to make the economy prosperous.
I wonder whether these shameless local governments have their heads kicked by donkeys. So far they havent made sure why the center government adamantly sticks to or insists on the property control. Are they a cluster of idiots or coots? They have been suspected to wear the same trousers with the developers, but they even regardless adhere to their reactionary position. The property control is the policy bottom line which is unchallengeable. Some local governments dare to bang the South Walls with their heads time and time again. The result must be that they will break their heads. I think these incompetent officials wanted to sound out the center governments bottom line through trivializing the property control. They dare not give the story a big play as they worry about that their official caps may be taken off. Anyhow, they wanted to be the deterrent of the property control secretly. They deserved to be berated by the center government at least.
Because of some local governments languorous reaction to the property control, the house price hasnt come down immediately. The developers are keeping illusions in their bosoms and some house-buyers-to-be feel dubious to the policy.
Anyway, we burst into applause when we heard the news that Shanghai governments reckless zealotry had been cracked down on. We felicitated that the center government didnt wallow in the mire with the developers otherwise we ordinary people would have lived in a living hell hopelessly. In order to let the property control take effect, the main task is to do often up those shameless local governments who self-indulgent to undermine the policy.
The property control shouldnt be inconclusive. We are all looking forward to its accomplishment. Of course, well send the developers floral wreaths to lament their demise and then buy a house at reasonable price.
