Dedicated to the advancement of the arts and sciences of motion pictures, the Academy's corporate management and general policies are overseen by a Board of Governors, which includes representatives from each of the craft branches. As a non-profit corporation chartered under the laws of California. Its original 36 members included production executives and film luminaries of the time. I supposed those who help set up it could never imagine its todays glory.

Anyone who has the dream and never stop fighting for it deserves this sort of blessing. In everyones life, the definition for Oscar is absolutely different. Just as this academy is the dream for the entertainment circle, and the Oscar for us is probably the fulfillment and accomplishment of our established objective. we do appreciate this so called Oscar for it giving us the encouragement to stand up and move on after every frustration.
