customer management

Today, my department manager come to our school to inspect our work. He told us that we need to effectively manage our customers. We have to focus our customer classification. Normally they can be divided into three kinds of customers.The first kind is the comparison trust to you.The second is to accept you.The last one is for you still have not trust.We must pay attention to our first class customer and keep good communication with them.Then through their development in new customers. For the second category of customers, we need to give them care, let them more willing to contact you. For the third type of customer, you need to strengthen communication with them, let them eliminate doubts to you.
For a long time, I have no such management consciousness. So my work is always be in a mess. Now I finally realize customer management is so important
