My company is managing about outsoucing business. We cooperate with Americans. Every morning, we get many PDF or TIF files from the appointed website and then process them one by one into another system according to the roles. This job doesn't need too much high-tech skills. You just know English and some basic knowladge about computer.
At the end of 2010, l must move to another city because of my marriage thing, but l didn't wanna give up my job, so l talked to the Chief Maneger about my working at home thing. She sid yes. And l got in touch with her as soon as l settled down. And l did it.
Many people who knows me usually said to me: working at home is so cool, you must feel very comfortable~~. Yes, it's a little comfortable in the begining. But with the lapse of time, many unpleasantly aspects about working at home coming out gradually. Firstly, l can't meet my colleagues and can't communated with them face to face. So l feel a little boring sometimes; Secondly, my Project Manager can't "supervise" me everyday, so she always wanna know what l am doing now. She wanna know if l spend all my work time on working. Because l have to audit the processed files by other colleagues after l process my own files. So she alway want me proccessing very fastly, and then l could have much more time to audit more files...
