soak my feet for a month(

Two weeks ago,I wrote a blog about my poor sleeping quality.Honesty speaking,it has already been one month(the whole February) since I suffered the poor sleeping quality,which make me really boring enough,I cant have a good rest at night,as well as the weekend.
Its said that soaking the feet with warm water will universal foot blood circulation, which makes the heart does not need the extra pressure can transport the blood to the foot endso it will do good to our health, made health care effect and enhance the sleep quality as the same time.
From 1th Feb to 29th Feb,the whole Feb,I had insisted to soak my feet with warm water before I went to bed in the evening,sometimes I put some salt into the water,sometimes put some vinegar,sometimes are dry flowers,or even sometimes nothing in it.How time fly,one month past quickly,I can bet to you,I really have insisted the whole month,can you do that like me? One month later,I found my poor sleeping quality have made some changes,at lest I wont awake so early than before.
In fact,I even cant believe in myself that I can insist to do that every night,but I made it,really made it.This make me unstander a truth,if you set up your mind to do something,then you will try your best to do it,and you will success soon,if you wanna to do something,but not action,you cant get nothing,just as I have done above,I just want to improve my sleeping quality,so I soak my feet every night.

As my best friend went abroad on business, we have been away from each other for more than one week,

Without hearing his voice, let alone seeing him, to tell the truth, I missed him terribly. A day seemed like a year to me in this period. I long for his coming back, although I had exactly known he was not back until this Saturday.
And I awalys count how many days there were left for his return. The date of his back on the calendar I circled round and round with my ball-pen.

During this period, we just had a short time of chat on QQ on last Sunday, other times he left several messages to me on QQ at night, and I received next morning.

What is a Sedgehead?

My last blog discussed a group I started called "Sedgenet." Someone asked me if some questions and I gave them a response similar to this blog but decided to post a new blog here.

Question: what is a sedge?

A sedge is kind a plant. Notice that I did not say, Sedge is a kind of plant. You can also say, Sedges are plants. Sedges do look like grasses that sedges usually have triangular stems and grasses usually have round stems. There are other differences between these two families of plants. The majority of sedge species are associated the water but many times grow in other habitats including dry rocky outcrops, alpine meadows, lawns, grasslands, and upland forested habitat.

Question: What is a sedgehead?

The word Sedgehead is like the word motorhead. People who are interested in working on cars in motors are sometimes called motorheads. Botanists modified the name to apply to people who study sedges. I didnt like the name it first but I claimed it in 1995 on the internet and now if you search the internet for Sedgehead you will often find something related to me. The genus Carex is a type of sedge. They are very common plants in most areas outside of the tropics or the polar regions. For example, 131 kinds grow in my home state of Arkansas.

Question: Are you good at growing plants and flowers?

Botany has three major fields, horticulture, agriculture, and scientific botany. My primary interest is in ecology and sedges but I do grow a garden and know a little bit about horticulture and agriculture. I mainly study these things from a scientific point of view.

Question: Why do you say "It is like being the world's expert on sedges in Jiangsu Province", I don't understand this . I am from Jiangsu Province.

I was comparing Jiangsu Province with the U.S. state of Arkansas. Jiangsu may only have one are two people who are interested in sedges. So if you become an expert in sedges and you live in Jiangsu Province you can become the worlds expert on the sedges of Jiangsu Province in the same way that I have become the worlds expert on the sedges of Arkansas.

Characters---HC

HC was the roommate of YQ, he was the oldest of four in the dorm. HC liked to read social science. His knowledge was enormous and knew history really well, however, HC was self-contemptuous.
HC was really lazy, most of time, he lay in his bed, either sleeping or reading. During the four years, he never washed bed clothes. Even during summer, he changed clothes once a week. He went home to let his mom wash bed clothes for him every two months. The soap and washing powder manufacturer probably hated him bitterly.
During class, by accident, some female classmates sat next to him. They often smelt the stinky odor from him, but were too polite to speak out. Once a girl ZXD sat next to him and frowned at once. She said loudly, wow, youre really stinky, how long has it been since the last time you took a shower? HC was really embarrassed, however, he didnt change himself at all.
Though he was the oldest, he was shy when he saw girls. No matter how, YQ had courage to woo girls, but HC had no courage. One day, he met his schoolfellow and asked the girl to have a dinner together. When he came back, the other three roommates asked him the result. He hadnt even have courage to tell her his true feeling, then he thought the girl would refuse him stubbornly. Really a fortuneteller. He would allow any girls to be his wife, no request at all. When he heard YQ had a cousin working nearby, he even asked YQ to introduce the girl to him, totally regardless of her junior high school educational background and unattractive appearance. Whether or no, he was single until today.

In Mao Zedong Era, China was led by the great leader and great teacher and great commander and great helmsman. Under the great leaders leading, we lived in the great Mao Zedong Era when we were as poor as the church mice. Every month we had only 150 grams food oil supply. An urban adult only had about 15 kilograms food supplies each month to keep his body and soul together. In the countryside, many people even starved to death when the crop was bad. Who dared to dream of living in his own house, driving his own car, watching color TV, touring abroad and enjoying anything legal that time?

You mustnt tell me that Chinese people lived rich lives in the great era. You mustnt tell me that everyone had equal rights that time. In a word, you mustnt tell me it wasnt a living hell. Im a troublesome person when at night. Because I slawys have so many conditions to fall asleep. A little voice or a bright light is enough to make me awake. So I need quiet and dark surrounding to sleep thoroughly, but husband doesnt know his snore when he has fallen asleep at night. Every time I said to him I hadnt sleep well yesterday night, he puzzled whats the reason. God, just your snore annoyed me like loudly thunder. Stuff my ears, bury into quilt, count numbers, all cant work well.

Why men like snore? Is it a special ill? What efficient method to cure? Why we females hardly snore? Why we sleep quietly while you men cant? Lucky is I have a roomy home with so many bedrooms, 3 bedrooms upstair, and one downstair. You are like a barking dog at night. Beautiful Days

There is really no need to be unhappy. Life is beautiful as long as I can live healthily, breath fresh air every morning, watch beautiful sun and feel cool summer breeze.
When I got downstairs this morning, a cute baby smiled at me and even grabbed my finger with her small and tender hand and even gave me a kiss. I felt really happy, baby is always so cute, like the sunshine of life.
I can smile at everything, even including the flunky. Always be happy, nobody knows whats going to happen tomorrow. So only need to cherish today and be happy. Days are days, even the single reading life of middle school seemed sweet to me. During middle school days, after evening class, then it was the happiest time of the day. We could chat and sing free without feeling tired. Some guys even had a tango, really funny. Some guy swayed his fat ass to emulate Michael Jackson. Of course, the girls of our class were always the topic every night. Sometimes, we even had a vote for class flower. The class flower was obviously the girl LH, but some guys were reluctant to admit it for fear of others ridiculing them having a crush on her.
Sometimes, mothers came to school to bring delicious food for their sons. Of course we all guys of the dorm shared it. We also had a vote for the most beautiful mother. The honor belonged to YFs mother. YFs father was a cadre of town, his mother was fashionable and seemed to be an old sister of YF.
The life of junior high school seemed to be a little rough. One year, I lived in the old refectory with three other classes. Every morning, I found my face was covered with a layer of soot left by cooking before. Every time I went to bed, I found I seemed to lie on a basketball court, because all four walls were so far away from me.
I liked to dream the future and always said what I would achieve in 2010. Now it was already 2012, none of my dream was realized, however, I found my life wasnt bad, maybe because I changed my mood in time.
I liked to see the portraits of celebrity on wall. Newton, Einstein, Edison were always there. I wished I could learn a little from them, however, I found I had no talent on science and technology. Maybe I should see Charles Dickens and Mark Twains portrait instead.
Write casually according to my mood, wherever my moods goes, my writing follows it. Before you do a thing, you need to make sure whether youll regret it or not first, or else you wont need to do it. Take watching TV for example, while watching it, Im really happy, but after I finish it, Ill become a little regretted and wish I had never watched it. Reading books is different.
Sometimes reading is a little hard to start. You need to have the reading mood before you open your books, or else youll read it for nothing.
Thinking of cute thing is a nice way to cheer myself up. Puppy and kitty are really cute animals. They are really very cute and funny, even though Im in bad mood, they can cheer me up.
Time is always the most precious thing. Everyone is talking about saving time, actually time cant be saved, no matter what you do, it passes away with the same rhythm. You can only do some useful things so that you wont regret in future, then you can call yourself a time-saver.
Interest and use are two contradicted things. I prefer interest to use. Whats the status of ideal work? Do things you like to earn money, I can satisfy myself by work both physically and mentally.
After all, past is past, no need to regret about it. Just care about now and do whatever you like to do. As for future, nobody knows what will happen in future. There is also no need to worry about English, as long as I learn it every day, I believe Ill make progress more or less.

Another altitude towards work

Nowadays I feel some boring and do not know how to work efficiently, and the way towards the work are the same as one years ago , i do not know how to find another way for my job.
Suddenly in my mind i came into another idea, and do not know whether it is good for the job, but i think i will try it in the next week and see the outcome for the way, i am looking forward to see the good out come for the new way of work...A good altitude is a good thing no matter what the outcome it is ....the process is really a good one now i am imaging about the future ....
Work life is always the same with some little changes in our daily work ,and some times we feel very boring about it due to the repeat things , due to the so little things repeat again and again, we are humans we will feel boring after trying many and many times, but as we all know that is the job, when you first start it you think it is with some new things but after you are getting used to it you find what you do are exactly the same job , the way you do it is the same but the things maybe are not the same person, the same time or the same place ...I think that is the job ...
Even boring with the work or the job, but we must stick to it ,since we can not change the job once by once and again by again , we can not afford to do like that also we can not be that specialized in one area if we always change the job one by one .
People always say that we should find a job which you like and which you think can be a good development one, but how can we know which is fit for us and which is a good development one It is just the stake, when you chose one you will burden the outcome for the stake you have chosen.
After all, the job you do not hate so much , and you have the intention to stick to it and we think we can do it better ,maybe it is the job we fit for ...Just the personal opinion...
To the job, i think the good altitude is also so important ,and the brain thinking is so important ,,,but i find i can not think more better about the job....I need to do more brain thinking maybe ..

Today is not so busy, maybe it is because it is the Sunday today , most foreigner countries are not going on the work like in China, since not every country have a holiday on the Tomb Sweeping Day.This is the traditional day for China.
Since not so busy , so i spend not very more time searching and looking for the customers on line and on the platform of the B2B , i have much more personal time to do something i like, like listen the music , since it has a long time i have not focus on listening music.
