Efficient to serve friends but unefficient to guard the mass
March 14 in Harbin a developer dared to hire a bunch of gangsters to take down the houses without the owners permission. Whats worse is that the gangsters armed with sticks and broadswords kicked the doors open and dragged the owners in nightgowns out of their houses though it was a winter night. Some gangsters knocked the owners to the ground and kept the owners under their feet while other gangsters took down the owners houses with bulldozers. In a few minutes the houses were in tatters and the house owners became derelicts. Such a scene generally appeared in the movie of police and bandit made in Hong Kong. We never dream of that the developers and their flunkies dare to rampage so much.
To our surprise, so far the local police havent cleared up the criminal case as if the local police were a bunch of scallywags. The police have just made arrest of some underlings but the main criminals are at large. As a matter of fact, the relevant developer is apparently the chief instigator even if a coot can identify the thug but the police cant clear up the criminal case up to now.
However, the police were very efficient when they were helping their fair-weather friends bully innocent people.

It really makes us marvel at the polices efficiency. They first lurked in the gangster group and then saw the gangsters commit the crime and then cleared up the criminal case. They said allegedly that they couldnt get the kid of the tiger if they didnt come into the tigers cave. Who believe their cock and bull story? These two guys are like women or sissies. They had valor to be remiss but dared not admit. Dont you think they make the police disgrace?
