Study English from realize everything around us

I always found something around i feel very familiar, but i can't spell them in English. so my oral english is not goodwe all try to find a good method to study english well ,why we can't study english from realize everything around ours in daily life? it may be suit for us ,after all ,we have know the basic english of something around us and then we can use them ,so i do a try from now on .
